The truth, what's good and what's not
The staff were approachable and assisted with my luggage, and the room was well-appointed with comfortable bedding. The diverse offerings nearby were convenient for meals and supplies.
The building's exterior felt somewhat uninviting, and the signage could use more clarity for first-time visitors.

Close proximity to grocery, easy access to restaurants, convenient parking for scooters
The building lacks charm, with shabby walls and some dirty spots!!! Signage outside could also use improvement to avoid confusion for new guests!!!

We really enjoyed the very central location and how clean the place was kept. The staff where nice lot of the time. Our room was functional, silent and equipped with wi-fi and smal fridge, for instance. Location: the hotel was just next door to the very centrum of historical parts of Madrid, the cafe, and all the important places such as Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Plaza Royal, Plaza del Sol, Atocha Railway Station and many more.

Could see inner courtyard perfectly from our spotless and silent room. The rate was US$ 69. It was in a marvellous location so close to Lidl.

Especially helpful and top-class employees!
Good budget hotel in a very nice area of Madrid. Urban-style building, a nice size and well furnished rooms with smal fridge, TV, for example. Central location, at a moderate distance from a scenic plaza.

Very good location
Very noisy! From a room to the other you can hear your neighbour taking his shower. Hotel for cheap budget

Very good location in the center of Madrid, comfort of the bed, amability of the staff, climatisation, reduction on parking cost near to the hotel.
Insonorisation of the room, staff not english speaking, poor space for clothes when you stay for a longer period

Positive, The location is perfect, just 50m from the metro and close to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable mattresses. I loved the film-themed decor and the vibrant atmosphere around the place. Check-in was easy 🎬

Very easy to find and the location to all the things we wanted to do in Madrid, art galleries and other buildings, excellent. Helpful staff and very good value for money, it was not expensive as a city hotel but provided good facilities and arranged for us to have breakfast very cheaply in a lovely local place.

My stay in Madrid was awesome! The hostel is at the heart of the city! All tourist attractions can be visited by walking. The staff are helpful and reliable, informative and the kindness is one of a kind, above all they can communicate in English! . The rooms are clean and it was perfect for a short escapade in the city. I surely recommend for having a good quality and excellent service!
